The NACS 2018 Exhibition
Time flies and it’s hard to believe a year has gone by since we gave our Thatch Fire Safety Talk to everyone at the National Association of Chimney Sweeps. Here we are letting everyone know about the NACS 2018 Exhibition. This is being held on Friday and Saturday 13th and 14th April, 9:30 – 4:00, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Bridgefoot, Stratford upon Avon, Warwickshire, CV37 6YR.
Who attends the NACS Exhibitions?
It is understood that I recent years the event has attracted over 700 visitors. To quote NACS ‘We attract many visitors from all over the world; from chimney sweeps, to stove installers, experienced builders to people new to the industry. Our show is even open to the public.’
It is understand that this year the event is sponsored by Rod Station and there are many other exhibitors and demonstrations booked.
All visitors are welcome and there is no need to pre-book as this is a non-ticket event.

Sadly we are unable to attend the Exhibition this year due to prior engagements so we would love to hear how the event goes from visitors or exhibitors alike. We will obviously be in touch with the organisers.
NACS 2018 Exhibition and Thatch
Our Thatch Fire Safety Leaflets have been requested and sent to the organisers for distribution. Remember you can always download the leaflet from our website.
It is so important that we are #workingtogether with the chimney sweep organisations. Chimney maintenance, care and proper burning are all part of sensible #thatch fire safety. We help each other in spreading the up to date information and reducing the risks. Not only that, regular chimney sweeping is required as part of most good insurers requirements.
